When can I expect to receive my shipment?


All confirmed orders will be fully processed, packed and dispatched from our official warehouse within 5 working business days counting from the date you successfully place your order. After your parcel is officially shipped out, the standard delivery transit time generally ranges from 10 to 20 business days. The actual delivery speed will be affected by your specific receiving location, local logistics distribution efficiency and the official delivery schedule of the designated shipping carrier.

Please kindly understand that unexpected shipping delays might happen occasionally due to international customs clearance procedures, official commodity inspection procedures, adverse weather conditions, temporary logistics line adjustments or other carrier-side uncontrollable situations. How can I track my order?

What are your shipping rates?


We adopt a unified fixed-rate global shipping policy for all customer orders. No matter how many items you purchase or which region in the world you are located in, you only need to pay a flat standard shipping fee of 2.99 euros for all valid orders. There will be no additional hidden logistics fees, remote area surcharges or extra handling fees.

Which countries do you ship to?


Currently, our store supports logistics delivery services covering the vast majority of countries and regions across the globe. In case your receiving country or region is temporarily not covered and supported by our cooperative international logistics partners due to route adjustment, service restriction or regional policy restrictions, our customer service team will take the initiative to contact you as soon as possible in a timely manner.

We will actively communicate with you to adjust your order arrangement reasonably, including order retention, address modification or order cancellation and full refund processing. How can I change my shipping address?


In order to ensure the smooth delivery of your package, we only support free shipping address modification applications within the specified valid time limit. All address change requests must be submitted and confirmed before 11:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT, UTC-7) on the very same day when you complete your order payment and placement.

Once exceeding the above specified time limit, the order will enter the official sorting and packing process, and we will no longer be able to modify any receiving information. If you need to adjust your receiving address, please send your order number and correct new shipping address to our official customer service email as early as possible for priority processing.

Can I deliver to an address different from my card billing address?


Absolutely yes. We fully support separate settings for payment card billing address and actual goods receiving address. You can freely fill in your most convenient daily receiving address, residential address, workplace address or other temporary receiving addresses as your actual delivery address according to your personal needs, without any usage restrictions.

How is my order shipped?


All goods delivery and warehouse shipment arrangements are only carried out on normal official working days, and all national statutory holidays and public rest days are excluded from the shipment schedule.

Any orders successfully submitted and paid on Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays will be uniformly sorted, packaged and officially arranged for shipment on the first working day right after the rest day, which is usually the following Monday.
